Electric Lugged Knife Gate Valve
Electric lug type knife gate valve features lugged connection with independent threaded lugs. Equipped with electric actuator for remote on-off control.
It allows single-side pipeline disassembly and can work for dead-end service, ideal for tank outlet, pump outlet and slurry pipeline isolation.
Features:
1.Lugged connection design, bolts do not run through the whole valve; pipeline can be disassembled on one side without removing the valve.
2.Blade gate with cutting function, anti-jamming for sludge, fiber and pulp medium.
3.Full bore straight channel, low flow resistance, no sediment accumulation.
4.Multiple sealing options: EPDM resilient seat (bi-directional tight shut-off) / metal hard seat (high temperature service).
5.Electric actuator with manual override; IP65 protection, explosion-proof type optional.
