Product Introduction:

Pneumatic flanged ball valve is composed of flanged ball valve body and pneumatic rack & pinion actuator, 90-degree quarter turn operated by compressed air for pipeline shut-off or modulating control. It is divided into double acting and spring return single acting actuator, matched with solenoid valve, limit switch or positioner for automatic control.

Body Type: 

2-piece floating ball, 3-piece ball valve, trunnion fixed ball valve.

Seat Choice: PTFE soft seat (bubble tight shut-off) / metal hard seat (high temperature & abrasion resistant).

Actuator Option: Double acting (air to open & air to close), spring return (fail open / fail close for safety cut-off).

Material: Carbon Steel WCB, SS304, SS316L.

Pressure & Size: PN16-PN64 / Class150-Class600, DN15-DN1200.
