Metal seated wafer knife gate valve adopts metal-to-metal hard sealing, blade gate design for cutting fiber, slag, dust and high-temperature medium. 

Compact wafer installation for slurry, ash, flue gas shut-off service, not for throttling.

Features:

1.High-temperature resistance performance is outstanding: 

Suitable for high-temperature working conditions ranging from -40℃ to 425℃. It is fully compatible with steam, high-temperature smoke, and hot slag slurry conditions. The soft-sealed gate valve will age and fail above 80℃;

2.Super strong wear resistance and erosion resistance: 

The metal sealing surface can withstand high-speed erosion by slag, coal powder, furnace ash, and sand and stones. Its service life is 3 to 5 times that of the rubber soft-sealed gate valve;

3.Resistant to dry grinding and no aging: 

In long-term opening and closing of dry dust and hot air pipelines, there will be no problem of seal components swelling or cracking;

4.Compatible with high-pressure conditions: The maximum pressure-bearing capacity is PN16, and it can be used in pressurized ash and slag discharge pipelines.
