Product Introduction:

The swing check valve, also known as the flap check valve or the rocker plate reverse flow valve, is an automatic type valve. 

It achieves automatic opening and closing by relying on the pressure difference of the medium itself. 

Its main function is to prevent the backflow of pipeline media, protecting water pumps, compressors, pressure vessels, and pipelines from damage due to reverse rotation or overpressure. 

It is a standard valve component for water supply and drainage, heating, chemical, oil and gas main pipelines.

Advantages:

1.Extremely low flow resistance: 

Straight-through streamlined flow channel, with a flow resistance coefficient much lower than that of lift-type check valves. It has lower energy consumption for large-scale flow transportation and is suitable for long-distance main pipelines;

2.Flexible installation adaptation: 

Can be installed horizontally (optimal), vertically (with the medium flowing from bottom to top), or in inclined pipe lines, adapting to complex pipe rack layouts;

Single-leaf, double-leaf, and multi-leaf structures cover large-diameter pipelines, making it the main check valve for DN600 and above pipes;

4.Easy maintenance: 

Opening the upper valve cover allows for inspection, replacement of the valve disc, and sealing surface. No need to disassemble the entire pipeline as a whole;

5.Good resistance to impurities: 

Valve disc swing opening and closing. A small amount of silt and impurities are not likely to get stuck or jam. It can be used in sewage and circulating water systems.
