Flanged Angle Globe Valve (JIS Marine Type)

The flanged angle globe valve is a 90° angle-type shutoff & throttling valve with flanged end connections. Different from straight-through globe valves, its inlet and outlet form a right-angle flow path, which can replace the combination of a straight globe valve plus a 90° elbow pipe fitting, simplifying pipeline layout, reducing pipeline joints and leakage points.This model is manufactured in accordance with JIS F7306 Japanese marine valve standard, widely used for ship piping, Japanese supporting equipment, cooling water, fuel oil and general industrial piping for cut-off and flow regulation.

Main Structure:

1. Handwheel & Rising StemOpen-type rising stem design. The lifting height of the stem directly reflects the valve opening degree for easy on-site inspection. Flexible packing sealing structure allows on-site packing tightening to stop external leakage.

2. Yoke BracketIntegral arched yoke with high rigidity, anti-vibration structure to adapt to ship vibration and unit pipeline vibration, preventing stem loose leakage.

3. Angle Flanged Valve BodyL-shaped angle flow channel, double flanged connection at bottom and side. Compact structure, excellent sealing performance for shutoff service; fine throttling adjustment available by turning the handwheel.

4. Sealing PairOptional cast iron hard seal, bronze seal, PTFE soft seal for different medium compatibility.
