2.1 Cast Iron Copper-inlaid Sluice Gate (Square / Round)
Made of high-grade ductile iron / gray cast iron with copper-inlaid sealing surface and high-elastic rubber water stop. Features compact structure, zero leakage, anti-corrosion and easy installation. Available in manual and electric dual-purpose drive. Ideal for low-head water pipelines, sewage plants, pump stations and farmland branch canals with small and medium calibers.
2.2 Flat Steel Sluice Gate
Adopts high-strength carbon steel or stainless steel plate welding structure, including sliding type and wheel type, overhead type and submerged type. It can realize one-way or two-way water retaining. With simple structure, convenient manufacture and maintenance, wide size range, it can be used as working gate, emergency gate and maintenance gate. Widely applied in reservoir bottom holes, water diversion tunnels and spillways.
2.3 Radial Steel Gate
Arc-shaped door leaf rotating around the hinge shaft. It has the advantages of smooth water flow, small opening and closing force, good cavitation resistance and stable operation under large flow conditions. Mainly used for flood discharge of large and medium-sized reservoir spillways, matched with winch hoist or hydraulic hoist.
2.4 Stop Log Gate
Assembled by multiple standard beam sections, operated under static water condition. One set of equipment can be shared by multiple orifices, saving occupation space and project investment. It is the preferred equipment for temporary water retaining and later maintenance of hydraulic structures.
2.6 Intelligent Measurement & Control Gate
Made of lightweight aluminum alloy or stainless steel, integrated with water level sensor, flow monitoring module, remote communication and solar power supply system. It supports automatic opening adjustment, real-time flow metering and unattended remote control. Suitable for digital irrigation districts and water-saving renovation projects.
