Worm Gear Wafer Butterfly Valve:
Composed of a wafer-type butterfly valve body and a worm gear manual drive mechanism.
Utilizing a worm gear reducer to increase torque, the handwheel rotates the butterfly plate 90°, achieving pipeline on/off and flow regulation.
The wafer-type installation, with the valve body sandwiched between two pipe flanges, results in a compact structure.
The worm gear mechanism significantly reduces opening and closing torque, allowing for easy single-person operation of large-diameter valves.
