Product Introduction：
The stainless steel lug butterfly valve features a body and disc made entirely of cast stainless steel (CF8/304, CF8M/316).
The valve body has integrally cast threaded lugs on both sides, forming a concentric soft-seal structure. A 90° rotation enables on/off switching and flow regulation.
It meets Chinese national standards PN10/PN16 and American standards Class150/300, and complies with API609 and ASME B16.5 standards.
Advantages:
The all-stainless steel construction provides strong corrosion resistance, and the lug structure allows for single-flange pressure bearing at the end.
It is a dedicated shut-off valve for seawater, chemical acid/alkali, food, and pharmaceutical corrosion-resistant pipelines.
It supports multiple actuation methods including handle, turbine, pneumatic, and electric.
