Product Introduction: 

The electric multi-leaf butterfly valve is a type of louvered ventilation regulating valve. 

The valve body is available in both circular and rectangular structures. 

Driven by an electric actuator and a linkage mechanism, it causes multiple blades to rotate synchronously (0°~90°),continuously changing the airflow area of the duct to achieve balanced regulation and on/off control of air volume and pressure.

It is mainly used in low-pressure, high-flow gas pipelines, suitable for media such as dusty hot air, flue gas, exhaust gas, and air. 

It is a core piece of equipment in dust removal systems, kiln flues, desulfurization and denitrification systems, HVAC systems, and automated ventilation systems in metallurgical mines.

Structural Components:

Valve Body Frame: Welded steel plate (Q235 / Stainless Steel), rectangular / circular flange structure.

Multiple Blades: Louvered valve plate, synchronous linkage drive system.

Valve Shaft, self-lubricating bearing, smooth rotation and not prone to jamming

Electric Actuator (On/Off Type / Intelligent Adjustment Type).

Optional: Sealing strip, high-temperature resistant coating, explosion-proof structure.

Ordinary No-Seal Type: General ventilation and regulation, leakage rate ≤3%.

Soft-Seal Low-Leakage Type: Normal temperature clean air, leakage rate ≤1%.

Metal Contact Seal: High temperature flue gas conditions (rubber not allowed).

Permissible Air Velocity: ≤25m/s.
