Product Introduction:
This is a wafer-type triple eccentric metal hard-seal butterfly valve, employing a triple eccentric wedge-shaped metal hard-seal structure. The valve body has a wafer-type structure, relying on the clamping of the pipe flanges on both sides for installation. The butterfly plate rotates from 0° to 90° to achieve pipeline shut-off and flow regulation.During the opening and closing process, the sealing surface experiences no frictional wear, providing advantages such as bidirectional tight sealing, high temperature and pressure resistance, fire resistance, and wear resistance. The valve body is compact and lightweight, occupying little installation space, and is widely used in high-temperature and high-pressure industrial pipelines for steam,
heat transfer oil, flue gas, oil products, and natural gas. It is a mainstream shut-off and regulating valve in chemical, power plant, metallurgical, and heating systems.
Structural Features:
1. Triple Eccentric Sealing Structure:
The valve shaft features a triple offset design; the butterfly plate immediately disengages from the valve seat upon opening,
eliminating continuous scraping of the sealing surface throughout the entire opening and closing process;
upon closing, a wedge-shaped compression self-sealing is formed, with the seal tightening as the medium pressure increases,
achieving bidirectional Class VI zero leakage and a service life far superior to ordinary butterfly valves.
2. Compact Wafer Body:
No external flanges; secured by flanges at both ends of the pipeline.
Short structural length and light weight save installation space.
Lower cost compared to flanged butterfly valves of the same diameter.
3. Multi-Layer Metal Hard Seal:
The butterfly plate is equipped with multi-layer stainless steel laminated metal sealing rings, which are high-temperature resistant, erosion resistant, and fireproof.
It eliminates the problem of high-temperature aging and failure of rubber seals. Suitable for process media containing trace amounts of dust and particulate matter.
4. High Temperature and Pressure Resistance:
Versatile Applications: Covers high-temperature steam and low-temperature process media.
Multiple options are available for sealing pairs and valve body materials, including those suitable for corrosive media.
