Product Introduction:
This is a forced-seal, straight-through lifting gate valve.
A handwheel drives the valve stem, which in turn raises and lowers the valve disc to achieve pipeline on/off switching and flow fine-tuning.
The medium flow direction follows the arrow on the valve body: bottom inlet, top outlet.
The valve body is made of WCB carbon cast steel, which is temperature and pressure resistant, impact resistant, and water hammer resistant.
It overcomes the shortcomings of cast iron valves, such as poor resistance to high temperatures and pressures and brittleness.
It is widely used in medium- and high-temperature industrial pipelines for steam, heat transfer oil, oil products, and process water.
Main Features
Metal-to-metal hard sealing with Cr13 overlay, high temperature resistance and wear resistance.
Bolted bonnet, convenient for on-site maintenance of packing, gasket and internal trim.
WCB carbon steel body, temperature range -29℃ ~ 425℃, good anti-water-hammer performance.
Straight through S-type flow passage, available for temporary throttling. Continuous partial opening is not recommended.
Manual operation as standard; electric actuator can be equipped to become J941H.
