Flexible rubber joints, referred to as rubber joints, are made of fabric-reinforced rubber parts and flat joints, sleeve metal flanges or threaded pipe flanges. They are used for pipeline vibration isolation, noise reduction, and displacement compensation. It is a pipe joint with high elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance, and weather resistance.
Flexible rubber joints are also called shock-absorbing throats, flexible joints, rubber flexible joints, pipeline shock absorbers, etc. They can solve the displacement of various pipes, axial expansion and non-concentricity, and are generally used in civil building water supply and drainage projects, fire protection pipe network pump room unit pipeline connection, sewage treatment pipeline connection, high-pressure gas and liquid chemical medium transportation, petroleum, ships, etc. It is the most commonly used rubber joint for pipeline accessories in the world today. It has the advantages of reducing pipeline noise, good sealing, light weight, easy installation and maintenance, and long service life.
Because flexible rubber joints have good comprehensive performance, they are widely used in chemical, construction, water supply, drainage, petroleum, light and heavy industries, refrigeration, sanitation, plumbing, fire protection, electricity and other basic projects.
