Product Introduction:
The Z45X non-protruding stem resilient seated gate valve features a ductile iron valve body and a gate entirely covered with high-quality rubber,
relying on the elasticity of the rubber to achieve a tight seal. The non-protruding stem design makes it a mainstream shut-off valve for municipal water supply,
fire protection, and drainage systems. It primarily handles ambient temperature clean water and widely replaces traditional cast iron hard-seal gate valves.
Features:
1. Non-protruding Stem Design:
The valve stem moves only up and down within the valve body and does not extend upwards when the handwheel is rotated, occupying less installation height.
This makes it particularly suitable for confined spaces such as valve wells, basements, and pipe trenches. Simultaneously, the valve stem is less susceptible to external mud, sand, and corrosion.
2. Resilient Rubber Soft Seal:
The gate is fully covered with rubber, which adaptively compensates for the sealing gap when closed, providing bidirectional sealing and zero leakage,
overcoming the common problems of leakage and jamming in older hard-seal gate valves.
3. Full-bore Straight-through Flow Channel:
The internal channel is unobstructed, resulting in low fluid resistance and low pressure loss, facilitating pipeline dredging and ball cleaning.
4. Anti-corrosion coating:
The valve body and exterior are coated with food-grade epoxy resin using electrostatic spraying.
The blue paint finish provides rust and corrosion resistance, meeting drinking water hygiene requirements.
5. Flange connection:
Standard flange end face, bolted to the pipe, facilitating easy disassembly and maintenance; can be equipped with manual handwheels, electric actuators,
or pneumatic actuators for automated control.
