Product Introduction:
Resilient seated gate valve (also called elastic wedge gate valve) includes two designs:
Non-Rising Stem(Z45X) and Rising Stem(Z40X). It serves as isolation valve for water supply, fire protection and sewage pipelines.
Features of Resilient Seated Gate Valves:
1. Flat-bottomed seat prevents dirt accumulation, ensuring a more reliable seal.
2. The gate is entirely covered with nitrile rubber; internal valve parts are made of corrosion-resistant, rust-free steel and copper alloy materials, suitable for harsh working environments such as sewage systems.
3. Compact size and lightweight, facilitating installation and maintenance.
4. The valve stem uses a triple O-ring seal, significantly reducing frictional resistance during opening and closing, ensuring smooth operation and no leakage.
