Product Introduction:
Extension Spindle Resilient Seated Gate Valve.
Model: MZ45X-16Q (Buried Underground Gate Valve).
The extension spindle resilient seated gate valve is specially designed for underground buried water pipelines, developed based on non-rising stem resilient seated gate valve Z45X.
The valve body is installed underground. The extended transmission spindle transfers operation torque to ground level.
Operators can open/close the valve on the surface without entering valve chamber. It greatly reduces civil engineering cost for valve pits.
Main Features
1.Ductile iron QT450 body with epoxy coating, anti-corrosion for underground environment.
2.EPDM fully wrapped wedge, bi-directional bubble tight shut-off, zero leakage.
3.Full bore design, low flow resistance, suitable for pipeline pigging.
4.Stainless steel extension spindle; fixed type or telescopic adjustable spindle for different buried depth.
5.Two operation options: square drive for valve key / handwheel on surface. Locking device & position indicator optional.
6.Non-rising stem structure, compact installation space.
