Product Introduction: 

The soft-seal double-plate check valve is an automatic one-way valve. 

It relies on the pressure of the medium itself and an internal torsion spring to open and close. 

Its core function is to prevent backflow of the medium in the pipeline, protect downstream equipment such as water pumps, compressors, and heat exchangers, and mitigate water hammer impact.

The valve consists of a valve body, a central pin, two symmetrical semi-circular valve discs, a return spring, and a rubber soft-seal valve seat. 

The mainstream connection is a wafer type, but a lug flange structure is also available. 

It is a mainstream lightweight check valve choice for water supply and drainage, HVAC, chemical, shipbuilding, and power plant pipeline networks.
