Product Introduction:

Single plate check valve, also known as single flap swing type check valve, the mainstream models are H44H, H44X, and H44W. It is the most basic type of swing type check valve. 

The valve chamber only has one integral valve flap, which rotates around the side pin shaft to achieve the opening and closing of the pipeline. 

It is self-opening and closing based on the pressure difference of the pure medium, and its core function is to prevent the backflow of the medium. 

It is mostly used in large-diameter long-distance pipelines and pipelines with stable and continuous working conditions.

Features

1.Strong flow capacity, low flow resistance：

The integrated flap fully opens to be close to a straight pipeline. Compared with double-leaf check valves and lift-type check valves, the pipeline pressure drop is lower, suitable for long-distance water and oil transportation, and the energy-saving effect is obvious.

2.Simple structure, low failure rate：

There is only one valve flap, with fewer pin shafts and rocker arm components, making it less likely to get stuck. The passage of mud, sand, and welding slag is better than the double-leaf structure.

3.Lower manufacturing cost for large diameters：

For valves with a diameter of DN600 and above, the single-panel structure has lower casting, processing, and assembly costs than the double-leaf type, and the cost is more economical.

4.Simple maintenance:

By removing the upper valve cover, the valve flap, pin shaft, and sealing can be directly removed for maintenance and replacement. There is no need to disassemble the valve as a whole.

5.Wide installation scenarios:

Horizontal pipelines (with the pin shaft installed horizontally being the best), vertical pipelines (with the medium entering from below and exiting from above), and inclined pipelines can all be installed.
