Product Introduction:

Rubber soft-sealed single plate swing check valve, also known as rubber sleeve flap type check valve or rubber-lined single plate check valve, belongs to the soft-sealed version of the swing check valve. 

The entire valve consists of a single valve disc + the entire outer edge of the valve disc fully covered by a rubber sealing ring. 

It is opened by the pressure difference of the medium, and the valve disc automatically returns to close, achieving unidirectional flow control and preventing backflow of the medium. 

The main features are low pressure with zero leakage, waterproof, for sewage and circulating water. It is the most commonly used large-diameter check valve in water supply and drainage projects.

Advantages:

1.Excellent sealing performance, zero leakage at low pressure:

Rubber flexible seal. Compared with metal hard seals, this single plate check valve has a tight seal under low pressure, without dripping or seeping water, meeting the pressure retention requirements of municipal pipelines.

2.Good resistance to sand and debris:

Single plate large opening structure, stones, welding slag, and silt are less likely to get stuck, suitable for sewage and rainwater pumping stations.

3.Noise reduction and vibration reduction

Rubber buffer closure. Compared with the hard closing of metal, the impact noise of the valve disc is significantly reduced, and the pipe vibration is smaller.

4.Low maintenance cost:

The sealing ring is a wear-prone part. By removing the valve cover and directly replacing the rubber sealing ring of the valve disc, the entire valve replacement is not necessary, and the maintenance cost is lower.

5.Low flow resistance:

Single plate full-open direct-flow channel, with small head loss, saving pump energy for long-distance water transmission.

6.Affordable cost:

Cast iron valve body + rubber seal, compared with double-leaf soft seals and slow-closing check valves, the procurement cost is lower.
