Product Introduction:
The H41W lift-type check valve is a flange-connected, piston-lift type, body-metal hard-sealed check valve.
The mainstream material of the valve body is CF8 (304) and CF8M (316) stainless steel.
It opens by the pressure of the medium to push the valve disc in the forward direction for normal flow.
When the medium flows in the reverse direction, the valve disc will fall vertically due to its own weight and the reverse pressure, sealing the gap and automatically preventing the reverse flow of the medium.
It is commonly used in chemical, food, steam, and seawater anti-corrosion pipelines, and is a classic single-direction valve in the stainless steel process piping.
Advantages:
1.Fast closing speed, minimal water hammer:
The valve disc closes vertically with a short stroke. Compared to swing-type check valves, the closing speed is significantly improved.
The water impact when the pump stops and returns water is small, and it can be directly installed at the proximal end of the pump outlet.
2.Metal hard seal resistant to high temperature and high pressure:
Without rubber vulnerable parts, it will not age or fail under high-temperature steam or hot oil conditions.
The long-term service life under high-temperature conditions is much better than that of soft-sealed check valves.
3.Stainless steel overall corrosion protection:
SS304/SS316 valve body, rust-proof, resistant to seawater, and resistant to mild acids and alkalis. Suitable for food and pharmaceutical, water treatment, and chemical corrosion pipelines.
4.Stable sealing performance:
Vertical axial compression seal. The sealing effect is stable under both low-pressure and high-pressure conditions. The metal seal can achieve bubble-level sealing.
5.Compact structure, flexible installation:
Can be installed horizontally (with the valve cover facing upwards being the best), vertically with the inlet at the bottom and outlet at the top.
It occupies little space and is suitable for equipment that requires a narrow pipe section.
6.Easy maintenance:
Loosen the top valve cover bolts, directly remove the valve disc, guide component, and polish and repair the sealing surface.
There is no need to cut the pipeline and dismantle the valve.
