Product Introduction：

A bellows compensator, also known as an expansion joint or telescoping joint, is a compensating element that uses the elastic deformation of a bellows to compensate for thermal displacement, mechanical deformation, and absorb vibration in pipelines. It consists of components such as bellows, end pipes, and flanges, and is made of stainless steel, featuring corrosion resistance and a long service life. By absorbing the thermal expansion and contraction stress of pipelines and compensating for axial/lateral/angular displacements, it is widely used in industrial pipeline systems in petrochemical, power, and metallurgical industries.

Common Materials and Operating Conditions Compatibility ：

304 Stainless Steel: Suitable for cold water, ambient temperature gases, general water supply and drainage, ventilation ducts—corrosion-resistant and widely used;  

316L Stainless Steel: Ideal for weak acids and alkalis in chemical processing, seawater, and food/pharmaceutical pipelines—offers superior corrosion resistance;  

Standard Pressure Ratings: 1.0 MPa, 1.6 MPa (main pressure levels for industrial piping);  

Operating Temperature: -80°C to 450°C, suitable for high-temperature thermal networks.
