Product Introduction:
Foot valve is a special lift check valve installed at the bottom of pump suction pipe, combining one-way backflow prevention and integrated strainer filtration.
It keeps liquid inside suction pipeline after pump shutdown, so centrifugal pump can start directly without repeated priming, and the bottom basket strainer blocks gravel, weeds and sediment to protect pump impeller and mechanical seal.
Main Types: Flanged foot valve, threaded foot valve, stainless steel foot valve, plastic PVC foot valve.
Material Options: Cast iron, ductile iron, SS304/SS316L, UPVC, bronze.
