Product Introduction:
Diaphragm valve uses elastic diaphragm as sealing element to isolate medium from upper actuator completely, zero stem leakage.
Main types: weir type, straight through type, angle type, lined rubber / PTFE lined body for anti-corrosion service, manual/pneumatic/electric drive available.
Body Lining: Rubber lining, F46/PFA lining, SS316L sanitary body.
Diaphragm Material: EPDM, NR, PFA, Silicone
Pressure & Size: PN6/PN10, DN15-DN300

Zero external leakage, safe for toxic & corrosive chemical fluid;
Smooth cavity without dead zone, suitable for CIP/SIP sterilization for food & pharmacy;

1. Nominal diameter: DN15 to DN300.
2. Nominal pressure: Commonly PN6, PN10, maximum PN16. Not suitable for high pressure above PN25.
3. Connection type: Flange, internal thread, quick-connect clamp (hygienic grade specific).
4. Applicable temperature: Dependent on the diaphragm material -40℃ to 150℃.
5. Sealing performance: Soft seal, bubble seal, no external leakage of valve stem.
6. Air source pressure (pneumatic model): 0.4 to 0.6 MPa compressed air.
