Pinch Valve is used to replace regular valve like butterfly valve, gate valve, ball valve and so on,it is suitable for water, sewage, oil, slurry, acid or alkaline solution and so on. Especially suitable for thermal power plant,  waste-flushing and flushing system of steel plants, with the advantage of anti-abrasive,scaling preventing, corrosion resistance.

Nominal diameter: DN15 to DN1200.

Nominal pressure: Commonly PN0.6, PN1.0, PN1.6 (mainstream ≤ 1.6 MPa, custom high-pressure can reach 2.5 MPa).

Operating temperature: -30℃ to 120℃ (ordinary rubber), fluororubber up to 180℃.

Sealing grade: VI level bubble-free zero leakage.

All valves are equipped with professional export protective packaging. 

With protective caps on the sealing surfaces, rust-proof treatment, and shock-absorbing material filling to ensure intact transport; the loading is secure and safe.
