Product Introduction：
This pneumatic triplet wafer butterfly valve set includes: a smooth-stem wafer butterfly valve body, a pneumatic actuator, and a three-unit air supply treatment system (F.R.L.). It is often paired with solenoid valves and limit switches to form a complete pneumatic automatic control valve unit.
Powered by compressed air, the air supply is first purified, pressure regulated, and lubricated by the triplet, driving the actuator to rotate 90°, which in turn moves the butterfly plate to cut off the flow of media in the pipeline. A positioner can be added for flow regulation. The wafer-type installation relies on the flanges at both ends of the pipeline to clamp the valve body. It is widely used in automated pipeline systems for water supply, drainage, HVAC, and sewage.

Pneumatic actuator: AT/GT rack and pinion structure; optional double-acting (continuous position holding), single-acting spring return (automatic switch in case of air loss)
Air source triplet F.R.L. (filter + pressure reducing valve + lubricator)
Filter: Removes moisture, dust, and impurities from compressed air; equipped with manual/automatic drainage
Pressure reducing valve: Stabilizes output air pressure, preventing valve malfunctions caused by pipeline pressure fluctuations
Lubricator: Atomizes lubricating oil, continuously lubricating the internal moving parts of the actuator
Optional accessories: Solenoid valve (DC24V/AC220V), valve position limit signal, silencer
