Product Introduction：

The fully rubber-lined lug butterfly valve features a vulcanized rubber lining covering the entire valve body and flow channel, making it a center-line corrosion-resistant soft-seal butterfly valve.

The valve body is integrally cast with internally threaded lugs and an ISO5211 high-platform smooth rod structure, allowing for pneumatic, electric, and worm gear actuation.

The medium only contacts the rubber lining throughout its travel, never the metal substrate. 

Inheriting the advantages of the lug structure, it supports end-of-pipe installation and single-sided pipe disassembly for maintenance.

Making it a dedicated shut-off valve for corrosive media pipelines.

Applicable operating conditions: 

Municipal sewage, chemical wastewater, dilute acid and alkali pipelines in pickling production lines. 

Power plant and water plant desulfurization, circulating water, and sludge slurry systems.

 Electroplating, printing and dyeing, and papermaking corrosive process pipelines. 

Seawater desalination and brine solution transportation pipelines. 

Outlet branch pipes and end shut-off valves of complete sets of corrosion-resistant equipment. 

Inlet and outlet valves of environmental protection waste gas scrubbing towers.
