Product Introduction：
Electric butterfly valves are industrial valves that achieve opening and closing control by rotating the valve stem through an electric actuator.
They are available in wafer or flange connection types and mainly consist of a valve body, butterfly plate, and sealing components.
Their structure is divided into two types: metal seal and soft seal. The metal seal uses a three-dimensional eccentric design and a "U"-shaped stainless steel sealing ring to solve the friction problem of the sealing surface in traditional butterfly valves; the soft seal achieves zero leakage through rubber/fluoropolymer lining.
This product has a nominal diameter ranging from DN50 to DN300mm, is suitable for pressure ratings up to PN16MPa, and has an operating temperature range of -29℃ to 300℃.
It is compatible with actuators operating at various voltages, including AC220V/110V/380V and DC24V/12V.
It is widely used in industrial settings such as coal chemical, petrochemical, rubber, papermaking, and pharmaceutical industries, meeting the needs of diversion, merging, and flow direction switching of pipeline media.
