Triple eccentric metal hard seal butterfly valve adopts triple offset design, metal laminated sealing ring.
No friction between disc and seat during opening and closing.
It features high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, fire safe, bi-directional tight shutoff.
Worm gear handwheel operation. Flange connection.
Widely used for steam, hot oil, fuel gas, high temperature flue gas in power plant, petrochemical, heating engineering.

1.Triple Offset Sealing StructureThree offset design eliminates continuous friction of sealing surfaces during operation.
Wedge compression sealing when fully closed to achieve reliable bi-directional tight shutoff.
2.Multi-layer Metal Laminate SealStainless steel laminated metal sealing ring resists high temperature, erosion and fire hazard, no aging failure under high temperature environment compared with rubber soft seal.
3.Flange End ConnectionStandard flange connection ensures stable installation and high pressure bearing capacity, available in DN50~DN1200.
4.Worm Gear OperatorHandwheel worm gear unit provides easy operation with opening position indicator. It can be refitted with electric or pneumatic actuator for automatic control.
5.Wide Working AdaptabilitySuitable for medium with tiny particles, bidirectional pressure bearing, applicable for low temperature and high temperature working conditions.
