Product Introduction:The D342X double eccentric soft-seal butterfly valve utilizes a worm gear mechanism to drive the butterfly plate to rotate from 0° to 90°, achieving pipeline medium cutoff and flow regulation.
Employing an optimized double eccentric sealing structure, it achieves bidirectional pressure bearing and bidirectional tight sealing.
The medium can be effectively cut off from either side of the valve body, eliminating the need to distinguish between inlet and outlet directions during installation,
thus solving the problem of reverse pressure leakage in conventional unidirectional pressure butterfly valves.
It is widely used in municipal water supply, sewage treatment, water conservancy pumping stations, circulating water heating, and other pipeline systems with bidirectional water pressure and variable medium flow direction.
Structural Features:
1.Bidirectional Pressure Bearing Double Eccentric Sealing Structure:
The optimized double eccentric structure allows the butterfly plate to disengage from the valve seat during opening and closing, reducing friction loss in the sealing ring.
The valve can withstand rated pressure in both forward and reverse directions with zero leakage,
making it the preferred choice for pipelines under bidirectional pressure and in situations with water hammer.
2.Flange Connection Structure:
Standard flange end face connection provides strong valve body rigidity and stable pressure bearing, ensuring secure installation in medium and large diameter pipelines;
a support base is optional for large diameter specifications.
3.Manual Worm Gear Drive:
Equipped with a handwheel worm gear reducer, amplifying operating torque for easy opening and closing of large-diameter valves;
features an integrated opening indicator for intuitive monitoring of valve opening degree;
a standard connection flange is pre-installed on the top of the worm gear for direct installation of an electric actuator, upgrading to a D942X electric two-way pressure butterfly valve.
4.Integrated Rubber Soft Seal:
The outer edge of the butterfly plate is covered with an EPDM rubber sealing ring, providing excellent sealing performance and achieving zero leakage;
the sealing ring can be individually removed and replaced, facilitating convenient on-site maintenance and reducing repair costs.
5.Excellent Flow Performance:
The streamlined butterfly plate design results in low fluid resistance and low pressure loss, suitable for high-flow-rate water transport applications.
