Product Overview:
A105 Forged Steel Globe Valve, commonly available models J41H/Y, J11H, and J61H, features a valve body made of ASTM A105 forged carbon steel, integrally forged to eliminate casting defects,
and is resistant to high temperature and pressure. It is a small-diameter industrial shut-off/throttling valve.
Sealing is achieved by the vertical pressure of the valve disc against the valve seat; the medium must flow in the unidirectional direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body.
It can be used for pipeline shut-off or flow throttling. Connection options include flange, NPT (internal thread), SW (socket weld), and BW (butt weld).
It is widely used in high-pressure applications in power, petroleum, chemical, steam, and hot oil industries.

It can be used for pipeline shut-off and also supports moderate throttling regulation; it has a short opening and closing stroke and fast switching speed.
Multiple connection options are available: flange, threaded, socket weld, and butt weld, adaptable to different process pipelines.
Limitations: High medium flow resistance; must be installed according to the flow direction; not suitable for large-diameter, high-flow-rate pipelines.
