Product Overview:
The handle-operated flanged butterfly valve is a manually operated straight-handle type.
The valve body uses a flange connectio.n structure, and the valve stem is directly driven by the handle, causing the butterfly plate to rotate from 0° to 90°, thus controlling the flow of media in the pipeline.
It has a simple structure, requires no external power, and relies on manual on-site operation. It is an economical shut-off valve and is generally not used for precise flow regulation.
It comes standard with a mechanical angle limit device, allowing for arbitrary positioning within the 0~90° range;
It is widely used in small to medium diameter pipelines with low operating frequency and where remote automation is not required.
Application distinction:
Handle type is suitable for small and medium diameters from DN50 to DN200;
For large diameters with high torque, it is recommended to choose worm gear flange butterfly valve.
